Great new products and easy to view website

I would give a ZERO star review if I could.We experienced great service in the beginning when they were located back in Belmont. It has change now it is run by Jason in Osborne Park.DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM! Forgetting to service machine after multiple calls, running out of ink and not allowing us to come and collect late in the day - your company if like ours will come to a complete stand still when you can't print. Won't allow you to have a spare cartridge on site. Won't wait 5 minutes for you to come and collect at there closing time ( if their systems worked you should never run out of ink - but their systems doesn't work). Zero stars from us. Won't be signing again with this company.
